John's place was magnificent. from the design of the house ,to the ample space ,everything was perfect . the pool was dirty though we got back late from the beach every day never needed it . his place is amazing had 5 bathrooms so even though we were a big group no1 needed to wait for a bathroom etc the rooms were spacious, I would certainly recommend his place . we had abit of power issues which was due to eskom but John had organized a generator ,chose to leave it on for our comfort until he made a alternative plan not many hosts would go that extra mile and iv stayed at many airbnb homes in my life you could clearly see it's not all about the money with him really appreciate it ...

Our second stay at Lala Kahle and this is our favourite place to stay in Sodwana. We are a family of 5 and our kids all loved having a room of their own. We enjoy the location as it is out of the town and in the rural surrounding country (although it is only a 5 min drive into town). We visited the beach twice a day, swam in the big pool at Lala Kahle and braaid and slept - perfect. The kitchen is very well kitted out and the master chef pots are awesome. Mdu was great and made sure we were settled.

We had a wonderful family vacation. We had toddlers with us and had all we needed. The host (John) was super helpful.
