Très beau séjour dans un lieu très calme avec un hôte très discret et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour au Québec. Nous le recommandons avec une note de 5/5. Dimitri et Julie

Etienne siempre amable y atento a mi estadía. Mi habitación tenía todo lo necesario para mi estadía tranquila, me prestó su lavadora y secadora, me ayudó con mi cambio de moneda local, cuando el iba a hacer las compras me avisaba por si quería hacer también y me llevaba, me apoyó en diversas necesidades más de lo que era necesario, siempre amigable y presto a todo. La habitación muy limpia y el baño también, la casa y el barrio muy tranquilo y bonito.

The stay was great. The place is clean, tidy, and decent. The posting is as described. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location is convenient with public transportation, grocery store, and a bank all easily accessible and within walking distance. The family was great to meet and chat with occasionally. The host is respectful, responsive, and nice. He knows the city and was ready to offer advice. He did not hesitate to share some items such as an umbrella/bags and went above that and offered me multiple rides to the grocery store on his way. The host was flexible for check in/check out. The host provided the needed toilet and kitchen amenities. The host was very helpful with any concern. The host even checked in from time to time to make sure all is great. All in all it is great and I definitely know of a great place to stay in the future if I visit the city again.

Unbeatable value and good people! The room had literally everything a person needs to live comfortably and economically away from home. From appliances to utensils, it was all there and in excellent condition. Apparently the smart TV in the room has Netflix too, but I don't usually watch TV so I never bothered to check. The room has a small workspace, which was perfect for working from my laptop. Importantly, the space was kept very clean. This includes the bed, which was comfortable. There was plenty of room to park on the street the entire month I was there. Étienne and his family were very kind, and Étienne would check in to make sure I had everything I needed. I was in town for work, so for the most part I just did my own thing. But when we did have conversations, they were good ones. Everything considered, I could not have been happier with my stay here. And if I ever need to stay in the area again, Étienne's AirBnB will be my first choice!
