Renae was great to communicate with. Appreciated the effort of having breakfast food and snacks available which came in handy after getting in late at night. Property was nice and clean and in a convenient spot with just a small drive to town. Would stay here again 🙂

We were a little taken a back by some of the rules that were in place at the property, in particular, no shoes inside as this can be tricky when packing and unpacking the car and requests to strip the beds on departure, when you’re required to pay a decent cleaning fee. (This is the first time we’ve seen a request to do this in any air bnb we’ve been to) We were also taken by surprise with 2 of the bedrooms being locked, which meant we weren’t able to put our baby in a separate room and we struggled to find room for our bags due to this. However Renae went to extra lengths to make our stay more comfortable by providing a fantastic array of grocery items, as well as allowing us to check in at anytime on check in day which made our arrival so much easier. The property was very clean and tidy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed.

We spent 5 nights at Renae's place and we found it as one of the outstanding airbnb homes we've ever visited. It was very well designed and equipped even for longer stay. Perfect functionality characterised the whole house. The kitchen appliances were well chosen. The spacious design of the kitchen, dining room and sitting room complex was highly appreciated. The air conditioning coped well with the unusual circumstances of an extreme heatwave. The bathrooms and toilets were well placed, The cupboards offered ample room for our clothing. We had the advantage of using the garage that kept away the anxiety of street parking. The house is in a quiet side street, one could not hear the noise filtering in from the main road nearby. We found the location was excellent. We were only a short drive away from the city centre and restaurants. Our host was excellent in prompt communication. All in all we had a great time in Bendigo, Renae's wonderful home greatly contributed to it.
