the location was great and very assessable to the subway. house was clean and comfortable. One draw back was the quiet hours of 10-8. we had a large group of people and wanted to enjoy our time together but felt inhibited to make any noise. Another draw back was there was only 1 chair, yes we had a couch but wanted to use the kitchen table and nowhere to sit. We had 7 people
Wonderful place! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood! Very spacious. Spotless! Close to convenience stores and places to eat. Would love to stay again when visiting NY in the future. Jude was very fast in responding any questions that we had. Thank you!
We had a fantastic stay in Harlem! The neighborhood was close to the subway station and we felt safe walking with our kids even after dark. We found some carry out restaurants and a local grocery store that had everything we needed. The street is beautiful with old brownstone buildings and mature trees. We were surprised and pleased with how quiet the neighborhood was. The apartment is nicely refinished and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen had all the necessary items to make a hearty breakfast before we set out for adventures in downtown NYC each day. Entry and exit was easy, though as mentioned in the posting, there’s no elevator. We would absolutely stay again next time we visit the Big Apple!
