DESCRIPTION
This neighborhood is not the best, but it's not the worst. I've met a couple of the neighbors and they're great. There are lots of new construction houses and remodels in the area (the homes on each side of this one are currently being remodeled), but it's up and coming so there's also a fair number of run-down houses. It's close to the highway and close to OU med. It's convenient but part of the reason it's priced more affordably than homes of a similar caliber is because it's not a trendy area. When people ask me about this neighborhood I tell them feel safe in the area, but I lock my car when I am not in it.
