We loved Ted’s place. In a quiet, peaceful street but walking distance to restaurants in North Hobart and close to the city. Two living/sitting areas and bathrooms so lots of space and opens into a lovely back yard.

If you want a great cottage to stay in a quiet location consider ‘Brampton Cottage’, it will have all you need for a comfy stay. Had a great time and walking distance to places I went to meet friends. Well done Ted. Lovely home you have shared.

Great location, short (uphill) walk to restaurants and cafes. House as described. Plenty of space for our family. Steep steps to main bedroom but our toddler was able to manage.

Lovely stay but no privacy. Ted was a great host, super responsive and the property was lovely and as described. Be aware however that the hosts live next door and keep an eye on you at all times, he “popped over to mow the lawn” during our stay, and when I checked out (1.5hrs before check out time) a stern looking woman walked into the property while I was still in the driveway. Theres no way the host could have known we were leaving unless we were being watched. We also noticed cameras on the outside of the property. All of this made what should have been a lovely stay quite unsettling and so we will not be back.
