Great location walk to a not very crowded beach. Across the street from the pool. 10 minutes from Pier Park, 10 minutes to great sushi. All good.

Very clean and well equipped in a great location. The inside is spacious and has all amenities. There were a couple of things. First of all, they make you docu sign an agreement. The agreement talks about additional fees which I had to clarify weren't over and above AirBnB - it seems like AirBnb terms aren't used. You also have to register with their portal to get the code to get in - it's not communicated via AirBnb like normal. Check out is at 9am - ouch! - One final thought - the ceiling is not insulated and people above you can be very noisy. Overall, enjoyed it due to location and spacious interior and outside patio.
