The apartment was really nice and it was a place we always liked to return after our trips through Hanoi. The apartment has everything you need even if you stay for a few more nights. If you are looking for a non touristy neighborhood it’s a good place to jump right into the busy life of Hanoi - and old town is not far away from the spot. The only small minus could be that the apartment doesn't really have a proper window and therefore has very little daylight. On the other hand, it is very quiet for the busy life outside Lâm is a very helpful and friendly host, unfortunately we couldn’t meet him in person. But he was always responsive, gave great tips and answered every question we have. Also he organized airport taxi and was flexible with a late check out. Checking in was super easy. Thank you for the great stay.

Lam's check in instructions were pretty clear to help with an otherwise confusing location to even attempt to enter, borderlining on an inconspicuous hideout in plain day light. Definitely a personal plus for me. Our host showed dedication and care while being pretty responsive to a plethora of minor issues we had with the place and resolved them with haste. Dedication as in either they were personally active to respond to our issues even at dead of night or being tech savy enough to employ good quality chat bots to address our issues. Regardless this shows experience and foresight ahile running their place which was a huge plus as well.

Lovely and helpful host. Great value for money , nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Easy to get grab and not too far from the centre of old quarter.

Sehr zuvorkommend und ausgezeichnet organisiert. Von Anfang bis Ende konnt man auf Lâm zählen und alles konnte schnell gelöst werden. Wir bedanken uns für die gute Unterkunft.

This is a great place, converted from an old colonial building. Walkable to the old quarter and other areas of the city. I was particularly grateful for good air con and a washing machine! Lam was a very responsive and helpful host. Thanks
