Nothing will ever be home, but this was very nice. Could have used extra sofa in living room vs. table. Otherwise beautiful!

We visited with my family (including a 9 and 11 year old). My boys loved having the 3rd floor Al to themselves. The room didn’t have a ceiling fan but the window unit kept the room cool when they slept. One of the bedrooms on the second floor was small with limited storage space. All beds were quite comfortable. Having 3 full bathrooms was amazing! The kitchen table is a little tight being in the family room, but it worked. Having a washer and dryer was nice, and they provide a laundry basket and drying rack. Extra towels are available in the basement. The kitchen had pots/pans for cooking, with plenty of glasses/plates if you’re eating there. Having 2 parking spots was helpful since we had 2 cars. We felt safe walking to restaurants/breweries and the Strip District. It is a short drive to downtown activities or to get across the river to the inclines. All TVs were Smart TVs to log into your favorite streaming services (with TVs in each room). Charging stations were helpful.

Carnegie Mellon Admitted Students Day brought my family to Pittsburgh. Our teen boys are over having to share a bed in a hotel room. This property does one better. Each one got their own bedroom and bathroom. Our younger son loved the third-floor bedroom with its pretty en-suite bathroom. The property was spotless, well-appointed, and brand new-looking except for a few spots like the moldings that appear beat up but painted over. However, I don't view that as a blemish on an otherwise perfect interior. Rather I see the home as a historic townhouse built exactly a century before our almost college-guy was born. It was cool to learn about this 1905 home while enjoying all the comforts of modernity. We also appreciated the Pittsburg-ease jargon the owners used to communicate with guests We enjoyed trying out city living and imagining ourselves as Pittsburghers. Perhaps my eldest will soon be one? If so, we will be back for many visits and will try to book this property again.

Our stay was excellent! Everything was modern and spotless. Location was a convenient walking distance to many things. Amenities were way better than expected. Would absolutely recommend this house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
