The area is really quiet and arty, but close to everything, just a few minutes walk to Vitosha blvd, St. Nedelia square and the NDK. The building is well maintained and safe. Being in the top center, you are surrounded by the most important points of interest, restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs, and boutique shops - all within walking distance. The apartment is charming and bright with a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, a dining area and living room, a fully equipped kitchen and amazing terrace with a lot of sun (in summer days). Fully equipped offering you the following amenities: - Free fast Wi-Fi Internet - Cable TV with HBO, Sky Sports, BT Sports and many premium channels

Квартирата е на удобно място, вече втори път отсядам там и съм доволна. Близо е до главни улици, но е на тихо и спокойно място. В нея има всичко необходимо да добър престой.
The host was rude and disrespectful. She told me off when I tried sending her a message on her number. She said i should only contact her on the Airbnb site and this is not allowed. When we got to her place in Sofia the key to the apartment was not in the lock box. We couldn’t believe this. I tried contacting her twice on her phone but she wouldn’t reply. She then replied after the third time. She then very calmly said the cleaners had forgotten to put the key in the lock. We then waited an hour in the heavy rain for her to bring the key. Really horrible experience. The cooker also is very difficult to get it work. I had to contact her to ask for instructions as to how to use it. We felt unwelcome by this host.
El apartamento muy limpio y ordenado. Decorado con gusto. Perfecto para dos personas. A 10 minutos andando de la calle principal de Sofía. La comunicación con Kristina inmejorable.

One of the highlights of this neighborhood is its proximity to some of Sofia's most iconic landmarks. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the impressive Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, a breathtaking Orthodox cathedral that is a must-visit during your stay. The National Assembly, a stunning architectural gem, is also nearby, along with the picturesque Borisova Gradina Park, where you can enjoy leisurely walks or have a picnic.
The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, including buses, trams, and the metro, making it easy to reach various parts of the city.
There are two options to get to the apartment. First is by taxi. Taxis in Sofia are quite cheap and I would recommend you to use free app "YELLOW" taxi.
Other option is by subway. You need to get off on station "Serdika" then you have about 8-11 minutes by walk to the apartment.
Vitosha Street is a 300 meters away.
Parking on the street is free between 8:00pm - 8:00am.
During the day parking on the street it's possible for a maximum of 2 hours - 1 Euro/hour very convenient.
