The second bedroom, with queen bed and ensuite is located on the middle level. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as electric wall panel heating. Bathrooms: There are two ensuite bathrooms (both with heated floor tiles). There is also an additional toilet which is located upstairs in the laundry. The double undercover carport can accommodate two cars, and there is an outdoor shower located in the rear courtyard. Within walking distance is a children's playground and beach rock pools to explore. You can also access the White Sands coastal bushwalking track which will take you to Nelsons Beach in Vincentia. Booderee National Park is only a few minutes drive and in the opposite direction, also just a few minutes drive, you will find Vincentia's largest shopping centre.
