I know that you’re searching for a great home with a magic personal touch, not just a place to stay. That’s why this Villa is the perfect place to let your worries melt away! A 15-minute walk gets you to Parc Aventura, Zoo, Lake Noua, and local hiking trails. Drive for 15 minutes and explore the city center and all its main attractions. Or in 30 minutes you're at Poiana Brasov, Bran or Predeal. So if you're coming to Brasov with family, friends, or both... Book your stay now! A jungle breeze awaits you inside an open-space living room where you can easily prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner for up to 8 people. You can take your siesta afterward on our extendable couch or bamboo bed. After a day of fun at Parc Aventura, Zoo, or Lake Noua, you can walk upstairs and choose between 2 king beds and 1 double bed. Each is equipped with brand new Jysk GOLD F95 WELLPUR mattresses to give you our best shot for comfort. The kids get the same comfort on two single beds. We didn't leave anyone out, so your baby has a swinging bed, and dining chair as well. Don't worry if you don't know where to go as I've prepared a guest book with all my personal favorites and recommendations for unique & fun activities in Brasov. And because we can't have fun all the time and we need to work as well, you can find a workspace optimized to give you maximum productivity.

Mihail was an outstanding host. He couldn’t have been more helpful. We thoroughly loved the house, easy parking, gated entrance with security guard. Supermarkets close by in the car. Plenty of cutlery, plates etc Great to not have to buy oil, salt, pepper, sugar and some spices. Bedrooms were lovely and the mattresses were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice too and it was nice there was shampoo and conditioner left there (although we’d already been to the shop and bought some). The only one small thing, was there was no towels big enough to dry yourself after a shower, so we bought some and were offered to be paid back by Mihail. We were using this house as a base for skiing in Poiana, which was 35 minute drive. We also drove to Sinaia for a day, 1 hour drive. I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Braşov. We loved Braşov, Poiana and Romania. ♥️

We had a great stay over 12 days as a family of 4 with 2 small children. The villa is beautiful, extremely clean, well stocked and met all of our needs. Mihail is a great host super helpful even created an itinerary for us with family friendly activities, always responsive and happy to answer any of our questions. I would definitely be looking to return and stay at Mihail’s villa next time we are in Brasov!

Mihail was amazing. He contacted us in advance and provided extremely useful recommendations on Brasov. The place was amazing. We stayed with 4 kids and we all liked it a lot. It was like a home away from home. It is decorated very nice and everything was brand new to the finest detail. The kitchen was amazing and so were the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the backyard. We would definitely love to come again! Thank you Mihail!

Families can enjoy the area's many parks, experience Brasov, and rest in a peaceful place away from the busy streets.
When there is good weather you can play tennis in the fresh mountain air and then take a relaxing walk through the woods right behind you
During Autumn & Spring, the forest behind the villa becomes a wonderland photo studio where you and your friends and family can capture one-of-a-time moments.
Profi and Penny Market or the larger Selgros, Metro, and Jumbo centers are less than 10 minutes away.
All the necessities are nearby - banks, schools, and pharmacies.
Kids of any age can enjoy the playgrounds in Noua Park or Aventura Park.
Another way to spend the weekend is at the nearby Aqua Park, which covers almost 4 hectares, with seven slides, two pools, and multiple facilities.
For young professionals, there's quick and easy access to all areas of the city, whether they opt for a car or public transport.
There are four buses running frequently and uncrowded boulevards.
Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the calisthenics park and many bike trails or tourist routes that start in the area.
There is also a sports base in Noua, with tennis, rugby, and football pitches available for both children and adults.
The main attraction is the park around Noua Leisure Lake.
It has an artificial island, ideal for a romantic stroll, which can be reached on a wooden bridge or by boat.
Near the lake, there is also a special barbecue area for those who want to enjoy the fresh air with friends.
And if they want to enjoy the mountains at the weekend, residents have easy access to mountain trails to Timișul de Jos, Poiana Brasov, and Dealul Tâmpa.
There are also national road connections to Predeal, Azuga, and Poiana Brasov.
