The second section on the ground floor consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, and a charming open space with a living room, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. Additionally, there's a spacious terrace with an outdoor table for six persons. LIVING ROOM The two open spaces consist of two living rooms and two kitchens with a dining area for six persons. Each living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa and armchair, complemented by a cozy fireplace. One 55-inch and one 43-inch smart satellite televisions are provided. KITCHEN & DINING AREA Two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas accommodating six persons each. Amenities include a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, water kettle, and both filter and Nespresso coffee machines. BEDROOMS Two bedrooms feature a king-size bed (180x200 cm). Third bedroom on the ground floor feature a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime sleep. BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms on each floor, equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, there's a guest toilet with a washing machine on the first floor. Two parasols and one shade sail offer protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on Chlorine. *There are additional costs of €20.00 per day for pool heating if the water is below 24 degrees.
