Spacy appartment with nice view on the mountains. It is basically a double appartment behind a shared front door. It is equipped with 3 very usable bathrooms. Our host was very friendly and gave us good information about the amenities and reacted very quickly in perfect English. The kitchen had all the essential cooking gear but no oven. There is a parking garage on the ground floor in we even got a third lot unless we only had expected 2 lots. The local supermarket is next door., the main gondola within 7 minutes walking distance where also is a very good apres ski bar. We had a great stay here with 9 adults.

We had a great week's stay at Margherita's apartment. Our two families (nine + baby) fit in perfectly. The apartment is quite spacious: the bedrooms are the highlight, lots of room and comfy beds. The kitchen/diner isn't shown in the photos but it is functional for its small size and the dining table comfortable for all. There is plenty of room for skis etc. in the boot room downstairs. The location in Santa Caterina is great, 3 mins walk from the chairlift and 10 mins from the gondola. Despar is next door and Conad 5 mins walk up the road. Plenty of restaurants, bars and pizza within a few minutes walk. Margherita is lovely, she runs a shop downstairs and so is always available if you need. Her son Gabriel is super helpful too. They have (I think) the whole building so you feel very much at home and friendly in the whole place.
