A balcony with a seating area and a washing machine is connected to the living room. Two large and bright bedrooms, both equipped with exceptionally large and comfortable wardrobes. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Pulito e per nulla rumoroso. Per una famiglia di tre persone come noi lo consiglio se siete disposti a muovervi in autobus. Per il posto macchina, da considerare bene le misure perché è abbastanza piccolo. Con una Captur ci sono entrato al pelo.
Die Wohnung ist schön, in Ordnung/gut ausgestattet, größtenteils sauber und wirkt gut gesichert. Die Kommunikation mit HomeTop war zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir sind gut zurecht gekommen. Ein kleines Problem: wer keinen Lärm mag sollte dort Abends nicht die Fenster aufmachen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist super, allerdings viel zu klein für größere Autos. Die Lage ist gut, die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß innerhalb von zwei, drei Minuten zu erreichen. Esfahren mehrere Linien, man braucht etwa 30 Minuten in das Zentrum von Rome.
Al nostro arrivo ci ha ricevuto Marianna che ci ha ben accolto in casa e spiegato tutto dell’appartamento. Posizione comoda al centro e alle stazioni. Ci torneremo!
The house was tidy and clean, that is, although not perfect, it was adequate, but alas It was too cold. At a certain time in the evening, after the heaters were turned off, the house began to freeze. The water fountain in the bathroom is annoying. I think it should be changed. There could be a small vacuum cleaner in the house, we needed it since we were staying for 4 nights. The location is not perfect, there were not always buses so taxi fare often has to be cut. friendly people, our problems were solved immediately
