This is a fine place to stay, for visiting the surrounding area. We easily cycled into Blois from here and toured the wider area by car, for the rest of our stay. The apartment is located within a quiet village, which suited us, but you are not too far away from amenities. The apartment itself, is relatively basic, which reflects the photographs, but has pretty much everything you need. Some of the cookware needed to be cleaned before use, and the bed frame squeaked terribly. That said, the mattress was comfortable, the bedding was clean and the apartment was generally clean overall.
