Detached house characterised by stone elements that make the environment unique, located in a small alley in Modica’s oldest neighbourhood. Walking past a gate and through a private alley, guests will reach the entrance that opens onto a living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large dining table, overlooking the well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an electric stovetop, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms with a Tv each: the first, coming with twin beds, has been completely renovated while keeping its peculiar elements; the latter, with a queen size bed, has been carved entirely out of the rock. A full bathroom entirely carved out of the rock and equipped with a shower. Smokers will have an open-air seating area at their disposal in the private alley, ideal also to enjoy breakfast.
