The house was as listed. There was a bonus room that we used. The backyard was peaceful. The shared pool was very close. Didn't want to stay in the city or rent a car so it was 1 mile away from train station that we used to get to the city. The beach was also 1 mile away next to the train stop. Was able to walk to market. Would stay again if we return to Spain. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

It was really amazing holiday in Fabian’s house.. everything is beautiful in this house , it’s luxury and cozy and has everything you need. It’s only few minutes from the beach and the beach in Premia de Mar is really beautiful and the sea there is clean with long wide beach and beside the beach there is a food court with many restaurants. Fabian is a super Host he is really so kind and friendly and wants to help you to spend a happy holiday. Fabian allowed us to make early check in and a late check out which give you 2 days more to your holiday. By the way there is also a swimming pool in they club house which is a great plus especially for the kids, it’s only 20 meters walk. I can only recommend Fabian’s house for everyone and 100% we will come again here next year. Thanks Fabian and Paola and see you next summer.

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia! La casa es preciosa, el jardín es maravilloso rodeado de arboles frutales y sus vistas al mar, mágico! loa alrededores son muy tranquilos para pasear. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y es muy acogedora. Levantarse a la mañana mirando el mar desde la habitación! Nos hemos sentido como en casa y los anfitriones son un amor, pendientes de todo lo que podíamos necesitar. repetiremos con seguridad gracias!!!!
