LOVED NIXON’S PLACE!! - The house was SUPER NICE just 100% same as the photos. Loved the design and the furnitures. - Host is always responsive, always delivered what we needed the next day eg. toilet papers - location: depends on what you need. Its not close to any of the attractions/downtown but you can find bus stations nearby so its not a matter. - In terms of amenities everything was super good except: shower water pleasure was weak, the bed in the smaller room got funny sound with the bed frames, Dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash for a month lol but never mind! - Huge TV with free netflix acc logged in, youtube etc. - a bit noisy at night when cars passed by but thats fine My family and the kids all loved here and we wish to stay again in Nixon’s place next time when we’re back!

My partner and I stayed in this main floor suite for a month while working at BC Children's Hospital. Trang was very responsive and easy to work with, street parking was free & easy. Proximity to the hospital as well as the Canada Line was great, although the neighborhood otherwise has little going on in terms of bars/restaurants. The living and dining room is massive, comfortable and aesthetic. Wifi was fast. We also appreciated the full size sink & appliances in the kitchen (a rarity in Vancouver) which was fairly well stocked. Laundry was shared with the basement unit tenants, but machines were large and effective. I would say the only downsides were the bedframes (two flimsy folding cot frames pushed together - we ended up putting our mattress on the floor), and single pane windows which allow a fair amount of road noise through from 41st ave. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the month, and good value especially considering the size of the place. We would stay here again!

Nice quiet place in a good neighborhood, close to the airport and relatively close to the downtown. I would recommend this place, worth its price.
