Huge house in a great location. We loved being on the lake and found lots to do in Roscoe, Livingston Manor, and Callicoon. Plenty of room for 3 couples, 1 baby, and 2 dogs.

Booked for a quick weekend. House had all the basic necessities from garbage bags to shampoo and toothpaste. Bathrooms and kitchen was spotless and there were plenty of clean towels. Rained all weekend but the lake views and the town of Roscoe kept us busy!

The house was huge, fairly clean for the most part. When pulling out the couch bed, it was pretty dirty, we showered in the bathroom with the bathtub, and water started leaking downstairs. This house does have everything you could need and many more places to sleep than expected. The lake is across the road with fishing poles, floatys, 2 kayaks, and a firepit. All in all a great stay!

This lake home on Tennanah Lake was wonderful. We had plenty of space in the home for the several families we were with and had all of the amenities we needed to making packing and staying there easy. There were plenty of nice bathrooms and they were up to date. The beds were comfortable and even though there isn't A/C the weather in that part of NY is very comfortable in late summer. The double living rooms (one up and one down) made it easy to spread out as well. The town of Roscoe and Livingston Manor are nearby and both offer good breweries and good options for dinner or take-out. The lake itself was lots of fun. More grass and seaweed near the edge so you had to use the dock to get into the water if you wanted to avoid that. But a great time in the water after that! Plus the home offered kayaks and noodles and life jackets for guest use which was perfect. If we are up that way again we will definitely look to stay at this home!
