Le logement est très sécuritaire. C'est dans un quartier très tranquille et la cours et protégée par une guiritte. L'accès au canal est parfait pour accéder rapidement au lagon. Les kayaks sont très appréciés. Le logement est bien équipé, tout est fonctionnel, moderne et de bon goût. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de ventilation naturelle dans le logement, surtout au niveau des chambres. Heureusement il y a 3 ventilateurs sur pied pour aider. Nous y étions du 4 au 10 mars 2024 et probablement que la chaleur est moins intense sur la haute saison.

Lovely and private place in the best snorkeling areas. The kayaks that Pascal provides allows you to go to the best spots..Nice outdoor shower as well!! The place was nice and clean and all the information was provided for using everything..

The booking was a breeze the host was very responsive and detailed. You should know that you’re renting only the small bungalow in front of the main home (we had the whole property to ourselves). It gets incredibly HOT inside - we rented in peak summer season. By 9-10am you’ll want to vacate until 6pm ish. Queen bed is downstairs and the additional two beds are in the loft which has a lower ceiling (mattresses are on floor). Kayaks are awesome. Location is great with LOTS to do on the water like coco beach sharks and Rey’s, fishing, and an awesome surf spot. Neighborhood is quiet, feels safe, and it’s a nice walk to the nearby general store which was stocked early morning with bakery items and pre-made lunches at an affordable price. Kitchen is OK for simple meals; plan to bring your own spices, cooking oils, ect. The entry gate is manual and heavy so if you’re older, pregnant, or disabled you might prefer to leave it open for the duration of your stay.
