Exactly as described, nice furnishings, including beautiful set of pottery dishes. Very secluded. Great fishing from the provided canoe, in the lake. 90% sure I heard a red wolf howling from the next ridge during the night. Super cool spot, and great glam camping experience.

We've been to several of these half camps so I feel like I have a good grasp of what is out there. This one is really good. It's very secluded which is the most important quality. A lot of Airbnb's misrepresent proximity to others but this place is PRIVATE. The bed is very comfortable which is significant because I'm pregnant and nothing is comfortable. The lake is great. The only negatives are the outhouse and the trash situation. I hated the outhouse set up. Have used several and the compost toilet is too close to the waste for me. You have to dump your own liquid waste. And the hole for the solids is too small. My husband didn't mind the outhouse but we both agreed the trash situation needs work . Trash is taken with you which means we drove home with a weeks worth of food waste from cooking. Its camping but it's not in a lot of ways and having to leave with rotting food sucks. Thought about leaving our trash and eating the fine but I hate breaking rules. Overall it was a good stay!

Absolutely love the place. We were far away from everyone else and was a short trip to the lake. I would definitely recommend someone who’s looking for an outdoorsy get away. We went in the winter so we couldn’t use the shower but the bathroom was great and really clean. They had everything you would need to cook and eat off of. If you are staying in colder weather I would recommend bringing thick blankets if you don’t wanna use their electric blankets. All in all had a great time and would stay again.

Such a nice secluded little spot. Spent one night here for some unwinding time in nature and enjoyed it so much. Hosts were so nice and helpful. Make sure you download the information they send you before you get close and lose service because it would be very challenging figuring it out.
