House Rules ❇️ Renter must be at least 25 years old and is required to sign a rental agreement after booking. ❇️ A $500 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking, after signing rental agreement. This is a hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, as long as no damages are reported. Please note we are API connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez, to safely and securely place and remove security deposit holds. ❇️ No smoking. ❇️ No pets. ❇️ Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. No refunds after 7 days. We recommend purchasing trip insurance. ❇️ There are insects and critters throughout the area and, despite solid pest prevention, some will undoubtedly find a way in. Ladybug migration happens every Fall. Please keep doors closed! ❇️ Bears are dangerous. Please educate yourself on bear safety precautions, keep all doors locked (including your car doors) and food unavailable. Use bear proof trash cans. Do not approach bears or attempt to feed them. ❇️ Use hot tub and pool at your own risk and please keep them covered when not in use. We provide ❇️ Fast Wifi and Roku TVs. Just bring your passwords and you can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. ❇️ Traditional coffee pot as well as a Keurig. We provide starters for both machines. ❇️ Starters of dishwasher, washing machine, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. ❇️ Beach towels for the hot tub as well as towels for the bathrooms. Location This cabin is located on a mountain, near the top of Ski Mountain. The road is 100% paved. There are several curves and switchbacks...take is slow. If you do not feel comfortable driving up a mountain, please reconsider booking this cabin. 4 wheel drive recommended during winter months/snowfall.
