The property is an apartment community with pool and garden with a full time 24/7 concierge. The apartment has quality furnishings, in a clean and peaceful setting. Your private room and bathroom with adjacent full-size office equipped with desk and chair & the connectivity essential for working away from home. But Valencia is not all about work. The Valencia beaches are easily accessible by public transport and car. Easy access by car or metro/bus. 10 minutes from the airport by car or taxi. You will have a private bedroom with ample closet space and drawers and private bathroom with shower. In addition you will have an office with a full size desk and chair and private wifi access with your own wifi router.

Me ha encantado la cantidad de detalles que tenia, si se te olvidaba algo, te lo proporcionaba sin ningún problema. Había una sensación de hospitaliad y comodidad increible, como un hotel pero con la sensaciónde hogar cálido. Un detalle son las creps que tepreparar Jose y los cafés increíbles que puedes prepararte, en resumen, una estancia maravillosa
He viajado muchísimo pero jamás he encontrado el nivel de servicio y calidad en todos los aspectos que José ofrece, te hace sentir como en tu propia casa , ofrece más servicios de los que anuncia y se esmera para que no te falte nada, fue con un amigo que alojamiento y dió solución a nuestro problema. Buen conversador y muy culto. Totalmente recomendable mi puntuación un 10. De nuevo gracias José pot tu dedicación y esfuerzo en hacernos sentir como en casa.
Хозяин жилья Хосе совместил отельный сервис с домашним уютом. Впечатления самые приятные. Жильё – спальня с отдельным санузлом (что особенно важно) в красивой квартире, где живет и сам хозяин. Также есть кухня, гостиная и очень крутая терраса, где можно и завтракать, и работать. Три дня просидел, в основном, на террасе). В ванной большой выбор полотенец, халат и мелочи для забывчивых гостей, типа зубных щеток, пасты и пр. Всё как в хорошем отеле. Кухня отлично оснащена, включая кофемашину Nespresso и огромный выбор капсул с кофе. Как фанат кофе, только за это ставлю 5 баллов! В первый день хозяин угостил меня блинами, называя их Canadian creps, но я объяснил ему, что русские блины выглядят так же)) Чтобы блины стали реально канадскими, Хосе полил их кленовым сиропом. Район выглядит престижным и безопасным, до центра Валенсии 15-20 минут. Закрытый двор, консьерж, красивый бассейн во дворе, скамеечки. Ночью тихо, в отличие от центра. Быстрый интернет и комфортные условия для работы.
Un très beau séjour, paisible et agréable chez José ! L'appartement est parfaitement propre et aménagé avec goût. José est un hôte attentif et à l'écoute. Il donne de très bonnes recommandations et des informations utiles sur Valence. Le quartier est facile d'accès en transport en commun. Je reviendrai prochainement !

The neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful.
It has many international schools which attracts mostly young families.
You have access to Metro Line 4 within walking distance. A Public Bus transportation also offers you many options to get you to Valencia downtown or other locations. At 150 meters from the property entrance you have a Bus stop for Line 141 (Yellow Bus) that takes you to the center of Valencia and the Joaquin Sorolla Train Station in about 20 minutes. From this same bus stop called "C/Orenga - Liceo Frances", you can also access Line A (Yellow Bus), that takes you to Paterna City Center and it will take you to several key destinations nearby. One of them being the huge Shopping and amusement park with restaurants called Heron City.
Another option is a 1 km walk that takes you to the Bus Stop for Line 62 in Terramelar which takes you to the heart of Valencia Old City.
Supermarket and convenience stores are also within walking distance from the property.
Ravanell Street is 500 meters away and has bars, terraces, restaurants and an Office stationery and printing services business. My favorite Restaurant on that street is called Ritual Cafe and there is also a great and very convenient store that makes homemade takeaway meals. It's called Mari Pepa. There food is delicious.
Plaza Valterna, a smaller shopping center is 100 meters away and also has bars and restaurants.
Not far from the property, about 800 meters you can go to Heron City where you will find Cinemas, Shopping, Supermarket and an Amusement park for children and more.
Parking on the street and in several close by Municipal parking lots is Free. There are no paying parking places in the neighbourhood but there are several Free Parking lots closeby.
