又大又漂亮 很舒服
Our stay was on 16/12/2023. Overall, the house is okay, but the only negative aspect is that the air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and a small room was not working. All ten of us had to squeeze into three rooms. The owner was aware of the air conditioning issue but still rented out the house. Ideally, a thorough check of the house should be done before renting it out. Another concern is about parking. I had informed earlier that we needed three parking spaces, and the owner mentioned a charge of RM25 for one of the car parks, which we agreed to. However, we were only provided with two car parks. This was disappointing in terms of the service.
The first night happened with the air conditioning at some of the room is not functioning. Called them to fix it but then no any update. Until the last night stay only offer us to change of unit, be frank I don’t see any point to change a room since it’s already last night staying. Overall the experience is not satisfied and disappointed.
Neighbourhood not friendly. just half day of the stayed and get complaint said we are noisy. There are 4 kids in the house, so what they expect the kid to be quiet?
