I rented this place to spend the New years in Mainz. Ben is an exceptional host and is very friendly and responsive. Coming from USA, I had some questions and concerns and he responded to all of them. The place looks even better in person. Extremely clean and very trendy apartment. Lots of storage and seating space. Perfect location, very close to the Rhine river so there were plenty of evening walks on the Riverwalk with beautiful backdrop of the city. This apartment is about a 25 minute easy walk from the Mainz city center and about 8 minute Uber drive. There are plenty of places to eat at a walking distance. There is a small grocery store right at the entrance of this building that holds most of your day to day items. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens for those who would like to cook. All the amenities listed on the site were present. WIFI speed was excellent so the few days I had to work remotely were successful. If I am back here again, I will be reaching out to Ben

Ben war super. Die Wohnung war nett ausgestattet, sauber und sicher. Liegt nett in der Neustadt. Rewe Nahbei. Rhein in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ungefähr 15-20 minutes zum Bahnhof zu Fuss.
