Overall, I had a positive and comfortable experience at Sophia's place. She was responsive and helpful in answering a number of questions as a visitor to South Korea. The place was the same as in the photos. It is a slightly dated but roomy studio. Hot water was ample, but takes a minute or two before it comes out of the showerhead. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Has what you need for short-term living and for the price, is a good value. The location is close to Suncheon station, a number of nearby restaurants and cafes, a local supermarket, drugstores, and several convenience stores. There is a market also nearby and a bigger one just across the river. And it was great to easily access the waterfront pedestrian/bicycle path along the river which stretches pretty far. For foreigners with international ATM cards, please note that the only nearby global ATM (at the time of this stay) is at eMart.
