The place was great. Very clean and in a nice location that suited my needs. Exactly as described. One review mentioned some noise from the unit above and Roy was transparent about that upfront. I did experience some footsteps and noise from above during my stay but it wasn’t a big deal. Parking in the back was great and very convenient. I would stay here again.

Roy's place is very clean and he is a phenomenal host, the location itself is very close to the high and downtown which made it very convenient for me. The beds were super comfy and the house was well stocked with everything you would expect from an Airbnb. The walls are a little thin so you can hear noise/steps from upstairs but that didn't bother me at all. I felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again.

The place looked just like the picture. It was very clean had everything I needed. Couldn't get the ice maker to work, Roy said he would come and look at it. We first said ok then we said no. Roy, also volunteered to bring us ice. How awesome is that? There was a store within walking distance so we bought our own. We decided to stay an extra day and Roy, said that would be fine. He is a very patient and friendly young man. Went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Roy, is the absolutely the best host I have ever had.
