Quiet room in quiet area ideal for a stopover. Please note there are CATS in this property in case you are allergic Next to M6, M56 and M62. Train station: 15 minutes walking distance. Close to all local amenities. There is a couple of convenience stores and Indian / Chinese / fish and chips take away within walking distance, some of them deliver for free. Kitchen is not shared but the room is provided with kettle and toaster. This is my home where I work remotely from and I live with my four cats, which are like my children. The guests room is always kept closed so the cats are not in it. It is a quiet place for the working traveller to come and rest and have privacy, but I am always happy to have a chat if they want🙂 If you are coming for the weekend please don’t expect silence during the day, as cleaning/ hovering / grass cutting needs to take place then. Due to utilities costs I have to restrict the bath usage to shower only. It is a nice powerful shower though! 🚿🚿🚿
