Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. jedoch sehr minimal ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ohne vorherigen Einkauf von Grundutensilien wie zum Beispiel Spülmittel, einem Schwamm oder Topflappen nicht gebrauchbar. Im Bad fehlen Möglichkeiten ein Handtuch aufzuhängen und für vier Personen wurde nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt. Darüber Hinaus wurde den Gästen nur jeweilig ein Handtuch angeboten welches auch als Duschtuch benutzt werden musste. Der/die Anbieter:in hat es ermöglicht eine stunde früher einzuchecken.

Très bon séjour à Brühl. Point positif : logement situé près du centre ville de Brühl. réellement à 20 mètres des moyens de transport en commun pour se rendre à Cologne (train, bus pour PhantasyaLand). Nombreux magasins de proximité tout autour. Andreas est très réactif et reste en contact tout au long du séjour. draps, couette, oreiller, matelas très agréable, nous avons passé de belles nuits. serviette fourni également Point Négatif : strict minimum dans l'appartement pour 4. prévoir torchons, liquide vaisselle, éponge,. il manque un petit canapé pour regarder la TV le soir. nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants en bas âge. Nous conseillons ce logement. Jo

The apartment itself was very clean, though a bit spartan. Definitely a good spot to to sleep, but not suitable to spend much time beyond that. The location is amazing as everything Brühl has to offer is in walking distance plus the building is literally 10 steps away from the tram line to Cologne and Bonn as well as the bus to Phantasialand. The surroundings could be maintained better, especially around the entrance. All-in-all, we’d stay again as the apartment itself met our needs and the location is perfect.

In Germany, do not expect an Air conditioning very rare. This unit does not have an AC & is on the top floor you can feel the heat of the house. Bring electric fans to survive & sleep during the hot month of June. (also july, aug). Here, not many houses have a lift or elevators & they start counting from zero. This unit in Bruhl Mitte did not specify in the listing that it is on the 2F (meaning climb 3 plight of stairs). The checkIN day to bring heavy luggages and checkOUT is a pain if you are all women and especially with frail old parents with you. The one answering at AirBNB by Andreas are very polite and nice to respond. But during your stay, it is the host who will communicate privately. The tone is not nice and polite. I said there are only 2 forks (we are four), she said you can buy if it suits you. No dish washer, or a rack to dry plates, WEAK hotspot only, kettle worn out. But the house seemed newly renovated and spacious. We still managed & not turned OFF.
