The flat is part of a family house but has its own private entrance and is completely private. Note: Access to the apartment is up a few (7) steps, and the bedroom has a few steps (4) down from the lounge. So unfortunately the apartment is not wheelchair friendly and not convenient for those with mobility problems that will struggle to climb the steps. No door between the bedroom and the lounge/kitchenette, therefore more suitable for a family with kids than four adults.
