The river is great for fishing, kayaking or stand up paddle boarding. A national park has an abundance of wildlife and walking trails with amazing views. The house is on a hammerhead block with a private entrance. The unit is on the ground floor, separate from the top storey and fully self- contained. The top storey is occupied. There are beds for 5 people in 3 bedrooms and a portable cot. There is high chair, toys, games, Wifi, and a place to work. A friendly golden retriever lives on the property but is behind a fence so your interaction with him is up to you. Porties is not suitable for parties, but if you're looking for some chill out time in a lovely garden setting, this is the place to be. Car parking is available.
