Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. First Floor apartment. It’s walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, hospitals, doctors, casino, golf club including driving range, hotel and much more. A lot of things to do in downtown Caguas including “AL FRESCO” festival every last weekend of month. Just 20 minutes driving from Old San Juan and 25 minutes from San Juan International Airport. Come and explore more places than any other visitor.

Everything was good except that next door house was under remodeling and workers would start working at 6:30am and making a lot of noises. We have no control over this so there was nothing to do about it. Just to wake up early. Other than that it was perfect for me and my mom.
