I can’t fault the host at all for flexibility, we were allowed to park and use the space early, which allowed us ample time for our plans! And we booked only a week in advance. Unfortunately I went in with high expectations due to this and the house (albeit ample space and beautiful surroundings - definitely has a lot of potential) fell very short due to hygiene and cleanliness. There was rubbish in drawers, a makeup wipe behind the mirror, a clump of hair in the bookshelf in the living room, pasta next to the desk?? Weird. The home is lovely but it needs a deep clean, a good hoover and definitely a new sofa. The photos are very deceptive and do not show the house in its current condition. I do believe this would be a lovely place in just a few days work, a good clean and a fresh paint. I hope only that this review ensures the host can sort this for other guests and if so I would utilise the space again for future plans.
