My son and I stayed for a week, apartment was as described, balcony was lovely with the sun. We did however not get the best sleep the people in the apartment above were very loud constant heavy feet, this would wake us up during the evening as it was all hours. Also the villa on the beach had two guard dogs that would bark whenever anyone walked past no matter what time of the day, this echoed around the complex. The pool area is lovely and clean and pool Its self is well maintained you will need to pay for sun loungers everyday that 1 euro which caught me out as we didn’t have any cash on us. The complex is around a 40min walk to Américas and there is a great little supermarket over the road that’s perfect for stocking up. Owners are very responsive.

Bel appartement au calme avec une vue magnifique. Accueil parfaitement organisé. Prévoir une couverture supplémentaire pour les nuits fraiches sinon tout était parfait!

It was a nice small place to stay: walkable distance to the center with plenty of restaurants around, a grocery shop is just outside the apartment which makes it super easy to get whatever you need in no time and owners are very responsive! What really stood out was a modern shower with a constant temperature, just amazing. On the other hand, some kitchen utensils could be added/replaced, e.g. pans, soup bowls; also, pillows as those are not comfortable at all so I ended up buying my own pillow... And the most annoying thing was constant smell of canalization in the bathroom: the window in the bathroom has to be left opened whatever season it is as the smell is just killing. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay Los Cristianos is not the best option: there are huge ferries passing by as there is a port there and you feel the building walls vibrating with each passage :( We even had tractors and trucks coming to dig sand on the side of the building on Saturday morning. Pity.

Lovely apartment with everything you need and great view of the sea from the balcony. The hosts were great, very responsive, gave good tips for our stay and even prepared a sweet cot for our three month old.

Excellent location, beautiful view. Kitchen fully equipped but need some attention to exchange some utensils like kettle, pans and table utensils. Very easy check in and out, private parking.
