A very nice room in a great location - just across the road from a tram stop and very close to the university. I stayed for a conference and it was very convenient.
Shaine was a responsive host who made me feel very welcome. The room, kitchenette area and bathroom were very clean. Access to the communal kitchen/living area downstairs was very handy. Location within walking distance of the university and sporting clubs was a real plus. An enjoyable stay.
This Airbnb was the best one I’ve ever stayed at. A fantastic, spacious room with a private bathroom and you have your own kitchen. Communication was brilliant and the price was very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend and I will certainly be staying again
Great place to visiting daughter university. 2 mins walk from tram and parking taking a car. Room v clean with kitchen & ensuite. coffee, tea, milk & treats were left which were appreciated. Shaine was very responsive to messages. Thanks for letting us stay!
The place was very clean and homey, and was a great location - midway between downtown Beeston and U of Nottingham, which was the reason for my visit. Easy to walk and easy to find. Shaine was also very helpful and flexible as I navigated unsure timelines having my lost luggage delivered from Heathrow. He was polite and responsive, and helped facilitate extended check out times and comms to accommodate the delivery while I was otherwise engaged. Great host!
