This place was a gem! We were in town for a wedding and didn’t know the area too well. Ashley’s place is very close to downtown Gilbert, which has a great scene. The house was immaculate and all the amenities provided were top notch. We loved the backyard and the fire pit. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Gilbert/greater Phoenix area! Thank you again!

While there for an unfortunate event (funeral), this place was phenomenal. Ashley was very responsive when I had a question. The place was very clean/tidy. There were some snacks left out for the guests. Great outside/backyard activities as well with corn hole and mini golf. Also used the fire pit for a night (very clear instructions on how to use it). Would highly recommend this listing!

Location was as described. The backyard was where most time was spent outside and we really enjoyed the space and entertaining out there. I would recommend bring a small grill if possible to really maximize the time outside if grilling is an interest to you.
