Iris was very accomodating to us during our trip however we encountered issues with the property as soon as we arrived. The gate did not open or close, and we had to do this manually each time we left. The key to the house was an electronic lock on the door (no physical key), which meant the entire property could not be locked for safety as back doors were accessible. Beds were ok, however the couch mattresses were very uncomfortable. The dishwasher was broken on our arrival, there were stains on the couches (which the owner tried to blame on us after we left) and there were obvious signs of physical distress on the house. The curtains in the main bedroom were mouldy and there was a large crack in the wall of the ensuite. The lawns were not mowed, and the neighbours expressed their displeasure of the house being so poorly maintained. The house suited the purpose of our stay, however was in such poor condition. Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money to stay for the week.

The house is overpriced for what it is. There is 1 television with Netflix only, no free to air channels. There is minimal seating where the TV is and the lounges are in desperate need of a steam clean as they are dirty and heavily stained. There is a gas BBQ but gas isn't provided. who brings their own gas bottle on holiday? There are 2 empty bottles there but who would want to fill them to use only a small amount. The gas should be provided. It says shampoo and body wash is provided, yes it is but, its all old bottles of random products that have been used. Who knows what's in them and how long they've been there. It would be nice if tea, coffee and at least some long life milk be included at this price point. Curtains and blinds are broken, ripped and dirty and are hard to operate. There are multiple wasps nests outside and wasps everywhere. Vacuum cleaner is broken. This house needs maintenance and some serious TLC from the owners. For the price, I'd stay elsewhere.

It was a great location for a competition we attended and it was very beautiful area. I don’t believe the price matched what we got. We didn’t get enough towels, stains on couches, broken bunk ladder which was dangerous for the kids, no gas to be able to use the bbq outside. Just felt like it was a bit run down. Mould on curtains. The lawns were not mowed prior to arrival, Gardners attended the third day of stay and didn’t remove the clippings from the hedges so was left in a bit of a mess but it was nice to use the lawn area after it was mowed.

Beautiful, spacious house. Iris was very responsive and accomodating. Many bedrooms and utensils in the kitchen. Wifi worked well. Would stay here again!
