Our host was very helpful and responsive, everything we needed to know was communicated to us before hand. Check in time was also accommodated to us for an easier experience. The house was very clean and instructions were clear, we had no issues throughout our stay.

I should have read more reviews before I booked this house. Was suppose to be a week stay. Day 2 I saw roaches crawling on my 1 year old grandson while he was asleep and one crawling on his bottle in the bedroom. Couldnt leave fast enough after that. Thankfully host refunded the rest of my stay and seemed apologetic. Assured me she would address the issues immediately. I was just thankful to get some of my money back. Will definitely be more careful to read all reviews before I book from now on. This was my only bad experience with Airbnb
