This newly remodeled 4BR home is located in the quiet, gated community of Angola by the Bay. Bring your family, boat, kayaks, and bikes and you won't have to leave the community that includes a pool, tennis courts, bocce courts, basketball court, and walking paths! If you do leave, you are located just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach. *After booking, you will need to sign HOA agreement before you arrive for your stay. This is sent through Docusign. (Boat launch for a fee- please see below) *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. *Does not rent monthly May-August. Enter this beautifully remodeled home into the spacious living room with plenty of seating to the fully equipped kitchen with island and dining table seating. There is access from the kitchen to the front deck to sit on the Adirondack chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is also a little reading nook under the staircase to curl up with a good book. Also downstairs, are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom off of the kitchen, along with the laundry room with complimentary detergent. Going upstairs, you have a cute office space with a desk between the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is to your right with a huge en suite bathroom with a tub for relaxation. The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and has access to a balcony. Going outside, you have access to beach chairs and umbrella that are located behind the house in a container (Please remember to put back after use). You also have an outdoor shower to use after your beach days along with an outdoor patio space to grill and eat outside with your family/friends. **We provide bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens. We supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in each bathroom and also supply some paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap for you to get started with on your stay. Once out, it is on the renter to supply as needed.
