The house has an amazing garden with a tree house that the kids enjoyed. It is walking distance to sea side but shops and other attractions are a bit further away

Great location for our trip to Napier. House was a great size and offered plenty of space for the 3 of us. Spa was beautiful on the cooler nights. Character cottage and a great yard to spread out. Close to the shopping centre and airport also.

Beautiful villa updated and renovated to a high standard with loads of space and everything you need. The place could have done with some extra cleaning...the glasses and cups in the cupboard were still dirty and had to be washed before use. And the floor was filthy! We wouldn't have minded had we not paid so much for the place (plus the extra cleaning fee that we paid!) Linen and bathrooms were clean though. Also, unfortunately, the spa wasn't working. We paid more for a property that had this facility so was a little disappointed. The owner was friendly and communicative when we reported this, but it did let the weekend down a little. It would have been good to have been offered a bit of compensation for this inconvenience but nothing was mentioned. Overall a beautiful place in a great location. I'm sure these few things can be easily sorted.
