Kathryn was a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. The snacks, milk and other drinks waiting for us when we arrived were a nice touch. Kath went above and beyond our expectations and we had a lovely stay.

Fantastic place, has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, Kathryn is a great host. Exceptionally clean. Private and quite place, wifi, super market nearby, great places to eat, Stayed here as I was working in Harlow but could imagine this would be a great spot to get away and have some quality quiet time. Didn’t get to explore much as I was working but the surrounding area is beautiful I imagine there are hikes and plenty to do in the area. Huge collection of quality movies in dvd form which was impressive and a great touch. Couldn’t ask for more from host. Accurate description and no hassle. 10/10!

We stayed at the Annex to attend a wedding at Blake Hall. We are so glad we did! It was the perfect place, immaculately clean, peaceful and had quality furnishings which made it so comfortable. Kathryn was such an excellent host. She replied immediately to our request to extend our stay and sent detailed instructions on location. She was very thoughtful to leave us a welcome card and flowers on arrival and popped in to welcome us. She even messaged us to see how the wedding had gone and if there was anything we needed. Would happily stay again if in the area. Thank you Kathryn.

Look no further if you are looking for perfect spot in this area. fantastic location, everything you require. Easy to find, parking, shops nearby, pub nearby. Brilliant!
