Tandem’s place is great. Spacious and great flow. Finding the place can be a bit tricky but detailed instructions were provided. Easy access to Kona town. Amenities are great and the sunset view was amazing every single night. Family enjoyed the stay.

All in all, a very nice stay. Apartment has nice, new modern furniture and beautiful new bathrooms. One thing to note: the large spa bathroom is open to the bedroom with no door. I guess that works for some, but we would have liked more privacy for the toilet and the shower. The other bathroom is completely enclosed. Beautiful views from house and lanai with great sunset watching (would be even nicer if the neighbors didn't park multiple cars in their backyard). Kitchen is well-equipped and has more than the basics to get started on cooking; also many cleaning items provided. Tamsen was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues. Convenient to town and beaches, small cul-de-sac off main road.

Wir haben die Gastgeberin leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Der Check-In lief unkompliziert über einen Key Boy. Tamsen hat auf Fragen oder Anregungen immer sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft und würden immer wieder gerne kommen. Danke.

Tamsen’s place was incredible! We were very comfortable and enjoyed playing tons of the games she has available for guests. We cooked breakfast and supper everyday! The beds, showers and tub are LUXURIOUS. I almost enjoyed being in the house more than going out. In addition, Tamsen is a wonderful person. She was kind, understanding and very flexible. Really nice house. Had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus some. Tamsen was a great, responsive host. The location was easily drivable to our diving, snorkeling and beach adventures.
