The Legacy community is a gated community with private beach access that's just a short walk from the condo. You'll also be a short walk from Cumberland Farms convenience store, Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta, Mi Casita Mexican Grill, and Under The Sea Ice Cream. A short bike ride will take you to the charming town of Seaside, FL, where you'll find a variety of dining and shopping options. Legacy 201 has been newly renovated with all new furniture and fresh painting and features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. The Legacy community has 2 communal pools, one of them beachfront, and there is an elevator in the condo building. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, vehicle information will be required.
