We were the first guests of Charbel and it went incredibly well. He is very quick and responsive and organized everything very fast. We booked the place 1h before arriving. The location wasn't accurate but we spoke on the phone while he was routing us. The apartment is pretty nice, clean and big. We stayed as 4 people but up to 6 people can stay easily. He has a cute family who gave us tea and coffee after arrival and let us use their garage for our car. The apartment was secure and quiet. The only issue was with hot water but I can guarantee that everywhere in Lebanon there is an issue of heating recently. Overall it is worthy and one of the best places to stay in Zahle
