Let me start by saying we had a wonderful weekend stay! This property is just as advertised! The house itself was beautiful. All amenities were available as stated and we had great communication with our host. The neighborhood was ok, definitely an “up & coming neighborhood”. A few houses have clearly been redone/ upgraded while others looked abandoned or unkept. Not our host fault at all. We thought the house was beautifully maintained and served our purposes. The plumbing did make funny noises when you took a shower upstairs but it’s an old house so no problem for us. I do think the bedrooms should have heavy curtains like the living room. The neighbors across the alley were noisy Friday night (until around 1am) and had their flood light on all night which disturbed our children in the middle bedroom. Unfortunate, but we survived. More positives: paper/ disposable products were available (we bought our own but I’m always glad to be considered as an out of towner) Our host was great!

This was the perfect space for our stay in Richmond - warm, cozy, and room to spread out. Would definitely recommend!

Jewelan’s home is my “ go to “ choice in Richmond. Always spotless and close to all the best restaurants in town. I am biased because Church Hill and the surrounding neighborhood like Union Hill has always been my favorite spot in Richmond, VA!

Incredible experience! Not only was the bnb perfect, Jewelan went above and beyond with communication and extra amenities! I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. 10/10!

We had a great stay at Jewelan’s place for a wedding in Richmond. Lot’s to do within walking distance, very clean, comfortable and accommodating.
