Of the four nights we stayed here, this place was amazing! We felt like we got away from the busy streets of pigeon forge but were still close enough to get to town in about 10-15 minutes. My girlfriend and I are already planning another trip in a year to the same place! I highly recommend it if you have the chance!

We were very satisfied that this property was as advertised. The cleanliness was superb and available items and amenities were as expected. We had trouble getting the gas fireplace going, but got a fast and helpful response through maintenence. Service and communication is outstanding! It would be good to have some detailed instructions for the TV, hot tub and microwave (could only use it with the popcorn setting). Just to be prepared we suggest you bring your own TP, papertowel, and extra towels unless you want to do laundry every other day Some extra attention to be sure hand soaps are refilled would be great. Overall we enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful setting, made great use of the hot tub and found the cabin comfortable and pleasant. We would recommend this as a great couples getaway, it was our honeymoon.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We wanted a cabin in the mountains with a hot tub and a view. That’s exactly what we got! The cabin was cozy and clean. It felt like we were at the top of the mountain, and for Floridians it was quite the experience! We loved it!

The biggest reason Haven is receiving a five star review is the very responsive, kind, and excellent host. The only con was the majority of the cost came from extra fees added on which is mostly just Airbnb so I don't hold that against Haven.
