Kai’s place was very nice and cozy. It’s very clean and peaceful too. Complete utilities as mentioned in posting. Place is walking distance from session too. Kai is friendly and proactive, he even let us know we can check out at a later time. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Located near the city center, the place is within arm's reach to many of Baguio's popular spots! The place was clean and homey, perfect for couples who want to relax!

The place: It had everything I needed for my stay. Secure, quiet, and easy to get to whether you're walking or commuting. It's a cozy place to stay and relax in after a long day of exploring. The host: Kai and their caretaker Kuya Bong were extremely helpful and accommodated my requests. Kuya Bong was very kind and even helped with the gate when I had to leave super early in the mornings. The location: A 10- to 15-min walk to Session Road and some of the city's must-try restos. You can also hail a taxi or book a Grab to wherever you want to go. IMO really great value cos it saves you fare money especially if you're fond of walking like me :) All in all a great experience for me and would gladly stay here again.

We had a great stay! The room is neat and the neighbourhood is peaceful. The place is walking distance to Baguio Cathedral and downtown/center. Kai is very responsive and accommodating, he personally welcomed us when we checked in. He allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier with charge of Php50 only. Kuya Bong the caretaker is very nice and accommodating. Thanks Kai and Kuya Bong! We will surely come back!
