2 bedroom newly renovated apartment with full kitchen, sitting room and balcony. Fast WiFi Each bedroom, kitchen and sitting room have new air-conditioners with remotes. The entire apt has noise-reducing windows. The apartment has 24 hour on site security personnel. It is situated one minute’s walk to Copacabana beach (2 blocks) and 15 minute walk from Arpoador and Ipanema beach. It is in a central location facing a small park and also has shops, bars and restaurants on the same block. It is a 2 bedroom apartment. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single matress on the floor beside it. It has its private en-suite bathroom. It has aircon, WiFi and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be pushed together if you wish. It has air-con, WiFi and a smart TV. The sitting room has a comfortable single sofa bed, aircon, WiFi and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom and main bathroom have good pressure showers with hot water. The apt has a newly renovated kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge freezer and a blender. The apartment has a private furnished balcony area accessible from the kitchen.

A localização é otima, próximo do comércio e da praia, da para fazer tudo a pé. Apartamento bom, arejado e tem ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Anfitriã muito solicita. Tivemos um problema com a geladeira e a prontidão para solucionar foi muito boa!

Can’t say enough good about this place. It was exactly as described in the listing. Restaurants and grocery stores close by and within easy walking distance of both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The apartment was clean, everything worked well, and we felt very safe there. Grace was a great communicator and super helpful with everything. We would 100% return to this place and not even look at other options.

Fomos o primeiro grupo a alugar o apartamento. Estava impecável, tudo novo, ar condicionado em todos os quartos, cozinha muito bem equipada. O prédio possui portaria 24hrs, elevador e a porta possui uma fechadura eletrônica com senha, o que foi ótimo pois estávamos em um grupo grande. Grace foi uma ótima anfitriã, respondia rápido e muito solicita. O apartamento é super bem decorado. A localização e ótima, próximo à praia, mercado e farmácia. Valeu muito a pena o aluguel, foi uma ótima surpresa!

Copacabana!! You are literally a minute from the most iconic beach in the world! You are also walking distance from Arpoador to watch the sunset and from Ipanema beach. There are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms and parks right on your doorstep. You can easily travel by Uber or metro to the downtown to go to museums or the sambadrome.

You can walk to everything! You can also rent a city bicycle easily. You can take Uber or metro also if you would like to go to the downtown/city centre!
