Central and cozy apartment with contemporary Mexican design, very quiet, ideal for Home Office or to rest, with everything you need for long and short stays, high-speed WI-FI, AA, swimming pool, with an excellent location, a few steps from Paseo Montejo , area of architecture and historical monuments close to Walmart, the 47th Street gastronomic corridor, banks, bars and restaurants. The apartment is complete and is located on the ground floor of a holiday complex with 3 accommodations available, only the access hallway, the pool and the laundry are shared, it has a bedroom with air conditioning, full kitchen, living room, bathroom with hot water , fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, two terraces, one private and the other overlooking the pool, access to the pool and shared laundry.

Great location with plenty of street parking! Luis was very responsive and helpful for our entire stay. Would definitely recommend this place!
La propiedad es muy comoda y con excelente ubicación. La piscina es una delicia. Me hubiera encantado que tuviera un microondas. Mi sugerencia sería que agregaran otra unidad de aire acondicionado en la estancia porque si que llega a hacer mucho calor y teníamos que pasar mas tiempo en la habitación. Muy recomendable
I had a great stay at this place. The apartment is located one block from Paseo Montejo and super close to Walmart. The location is perfect. The long hallway you go down when you first enter looks a bit sketchy but once you go pass it, the property is absolutely gorgeous and as described. It was great to cool off in the pool. You occasionally ran into the guest in passing but they were super friendly. Luis was a great host. He was very friendly and responsive and addressed any challenges immediately. The washer and dryer was a huge plus as I had a longer stay and needed to do laundry. Cons: There is AC in the bedroom only so the other areas get extremely hot. I would suggest adding a bottle of water for the guest since it is extremely hot and a microwave. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The Paseo de Montejo area is one of the best communicated areas of the city, it has a public transport service that allows you to travel to different parts of the city by buses, taxis, and UBER service. As for routes on foot, you can walk the entire Paseo de Montejo and reach the historic center in approximately 15 minutes.
